1. How do I create an account?
Easily. One can either select to checkout from your shopping cart or Log-in as a new
customer.
2. Do I have to order online?
No. If you prefer not to use the online ordering you can phone, fax or email us your
orders.
3. Is my credit card information safe when ordering online?
Yes. We utilize two forms of security encryption for our customers. First, our
shopping cart is Verisign Certified and secondly, we also use Security Metrics
Certification to check that our server is safe.
4. What forms of payment do you take online?
We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard and Discover and PayPal.
5. Can I be billed monthly?
Yes. We can set you up with an account to bill you monthly even if you order online.
To do this you will need to contact our office to open this account. If you are not
already an existing customer, we will need to verify your credit for the “Net 30” billing.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, if your order is received before 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time, it will be
shipped that day, M-F. Most States will receive their orders within 1-2 business days.
If you live in the Mountain States, usually three business days. Alaska and Hawaii will
take 4-5 business days.
7. Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes. We offer one and two day delivery. However, because of the escalating costs of
shipping, we ask that you contact us first.
8. Do you ship to residences?
Yes. If it is more convenient to ship directly to your patient’s residence, we can do it.
9. When should I expect my backorder?
Even though backorders are rare, they are processed as quickly as the product is
received by one of our many vendors. We will notify you by email as soon as we
know your expected delivery date.

11. Do we have catalogs available?
Currently, we do not have catalogs available to our customers. We decided to offer our
products online through our website and thus pass the savings to you, the customer.
The convenience of website shopping offers new product updates, specials and pricing
changes.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Howvever, if the order is placed and a shipping comfirmation number is generated, it will be scheduled to ship. You will receive your product and have to return it for a refund.
If we receive notificiation of cancellation shortly after placing the order, your order may be cancelled completely without being shipped. If you paid by credit card, we will refund for the total amount minus the credit card fees. Please note this may take up to four weeks to process.
