SHIPPING
We have simplified our shipping rates within the contenential US. Ground shipping is the least expensive way to ship your products. We ship from three warehouses in the US and can ship anywhere in the US and Canada. Typically, your supplies will arrive within 1-3 business days; in the mountain states...up to 4 business days. To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada, it may be 4-7 business days. For more urgent deliveries, we do offer one-day or two-day shipping (additional charges will apply). If any products are backordered we will notify you as soon as possible and their delivery date.
Ground Shipping Rates within the continential US:
Up to $250.00 order...................$7.95, if less than 20 lbs. (Above 20 lbs., regular ground rates will be charged)
$250.00 and above....................FREE SHIPPING, unless above 20 lbs. or large package
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada: Additional freight apply with minimum shipping charge of $30.00. *We do not pay customs, duty or other fees shipping outside the US.
Please Note: Regular freight charges may apply for large, heavy items (above 20 lbs.) and equipment such as electrotherapy, tables. etc. Please call for actual charges when purchasing these items.
Certain products that are not kept in stock (specialty items, tables, electrotherapy, equipment, etc.) may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. This usually can take 1-2 weeks. Please call us if you have any questions.
RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund of the product total (freight not included). Returns received between 30 and 60 days will have a 25% restocking fee applied. No return items shall be accepted for refund after 60 days. ALL returned items must be in unopened in original packaging, not expired and in salable condition. No returns on custom orders. NOTE, ALL returned items that were ordered via credit card will receive a full appropriate refund minus any credit card fees.
If you wish to return products, you will be reponsible for packing and shipping the item. Before sending your returns, please contact us for a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) and proper mailing address. We cannot accept a return without a valid RAN. RAN's must be obtained 30 days from the customer receiving the product. RAN's must be written on the outside of the package as well as indicated on the inside.
We cannot accept products that have been opened and/or used, as we do not sell used or demo products.
PACKAGE DAMAGE
Inspect all packages carefully upon delivery for damage. If a package is damaged, have the driver note the damage on the delivery receipt. Open all packages immediately to inspect for concealed damage. If there is concealed damage, keep the packaging material and call us at 1-888-838-8427 for customer assistance.
